The Greenland Place Names Committee’s objectives are to collect, register and authorize place names in Greenland.
The latest authorized place names are located near Nuuk and are:
Ammukariaq (on danish known as Nedkørslen) and Isikkivik (on danish known as Udsigten).
NOTE: the danish names are not authorized.
